Innovation

The innovative mortise technology creates stable built-in furniture that can withstand extended off-road and slope use. The ZAC expansion program was developed together with a supplier to the aviation industry.

Quality

Using modern CNC technology, our furniture systems are made from natural birch or poplar materials while maintaining consistent quality. The surfaces can be treated with organic wood stains or provided with HPL or Fenix® coatings in a wide variety of colors.

flexibility

Furniture and seats can be installed and removed quickly and easily using the Mountaineer Adventure's rail system. This means that different floor plans can be implemented and larger transport tasks or quick upgrades to a seven-seater can be easily implemented.

The entire development, manufacturing process and final assembly of all components of our high-quality facilities take place exclusively in Germany.

When it comes to our extensions and, above all, the production of our furniture, we make sure that they not only withstand any slope, but are also functional. Upon request, we can provide the furniture with a Fenix® surface, which is particularly robust.

When it comes to sound and heat insulation, we also ensure that the material is used generously. Because especially in this area, more is simply more.

We also pay attention to the best comfort and quality when it comes to selecting our accessories. Whether it's the sleeping bench, the stove, the cool box or the sleeping roof. We tested and drove everything so that we can install these things in your van with confidence and confidence.

 

Using the example of the sleeping bench, which differs from other benches in that you sleep on the back of the bench and therefore neither belts nor belt buckles disturb your sleep. The headrests also do not need to be removed before folding. This ensures optimal comfort and quality.
